Andrey Sokurec

Andrey came to the United States from Belarus in 2005 and founded Homestead Road in 2007. Over nineteen years he has built it into one of the most active house-buying and redevelopment operations in the Midwest: 3,000+ homes purchased, over $1B transacted, and six Inc. 5000 appearances.

He completed the Owner/President Management program at Harvard Business School and serves as a board member in the YPO network. He is the author of Total Financial Awakening, hosts Billion-Dollar CEO For A Day, and chairs the Homestead Road Foundation.

Jason Cramer

Twenty years in residential real estate — first as a We Buy Ugly Houses franchisee, then as founder and owner of Twin Cities Home Buyers, which joined the platform in 2025. Jason leads corporate development. Having sat on the other side of this exact conversation, he is usually the first person new partners talk to.

Jim Lesinski

Joined from Opendoor, where he was Head of Real Estate, Strategy & Brokerage and Regional General Manager for the Central U.S., running markets across Minnesota, Colorado, Utah, and Oregon. Earlier he held strategy roles at Honeywell, served as a corporate officer at three Fortune 1000–sized companies, and founded DealCurious. BBA, Michigan Ross; doctoral work, Duke Fuqua; has taught in the MBA programs at both.

Jeff Tennyson

Former President and Chief Executive Officer of Lima One Capital, one of the largest lenders for renovation and resale projects in the country. Jeff took Lima One from $200 million to over $2 billion in annual originations in four years, and was named CEO of the Year by the National Private Lenders Association. Across thirty years in real estate finance he has also served as President of Clayton Holdings, CEO of B2R Finance, and CEO of EquiFirst — which he scaled from $100 million to more than $15 billion in annual originations and sold twice to major banks.

Mike Wessinger

Co-founder and Executive Chair of PointClickCare, Canada's largest private software company, where he was Chief Executive Officer from 1995 to 2021. He launched the first cloud-based electronic health record platform in long-term and post-acute care in 2000 and built the company into one of North America's largest healthcare collaboration networks — 2,000+ employees and 27,000 customers.

Blaine Hurst

Former Chief Executive Officer of Panera Bread, a business he helped build into a $7.5 billion enterprise. He joined in 2010 to lead Panera 2.0, its digital ordering and delivery overhaul, and served as CEO from 2018 to 2019.

Earlier he was President and Vice Chairman of Papa John's International. Deep experience scaling a multi-unit, multi-market business without losing what made each location work.
